The City of Lucena and the Province of Quezon is rich in heritage and culture, as evidenced by products that are originally and locally made that are of export quality and patronized all over the country. From handicrafts to sweets and delicacies and original dishes, the City of Lucena and the Province of Quezon has it.
Lucena City is famous for its Pancit Chami and Tinapa (smoked fish). As per the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) standards, tinapa has been recognized as Lucena's One-Town-One-Product (OTOP).
There is no better way to promote Tinapa than to feature it at this year's Kusinerong Lucenahin 2013.
The event showcased the culinary artistry and talent of Lucenahins as Culinary students all over the City are invited to participate and create dishes featuring tinapa as an ingredient.
Marca PiƱa served as the event's sponsor and provided additional condiments to the participants' recipes.
Make no mistake about it! Lucenahins love to cook and eat! It's a delicious culinary experience like no other - Pasayahan sa Lucena!
